10. WARRANTY / GUARANTEE / RETURNS
JennyBay Diamond offers lifetime warranty.
11. WARRANTY INFORMATION
JennyBay Diamond offers a lifetime guarantee from the date of purchase against any manufacturing failure.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from general wear and tear (including rhodium plating), wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by JennyBay Diamond , failure to follow the instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without approval.

12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FAULTS INFORMATION
You are welcomed to return an item that was purchased from JennyBay Diamond because of Quality issue.
The following returns policy is for purchases made for JennyBay Diamond only. Please note that all goods of JennyBay Diamond have been individually crafted with great care. Please take the utmost care when wearing.
Please consider purchases carefully as we do NOT offer refunds, credits or exchanges for:
- change of mind;
- incorrectly ordered items;
- discounted items;
- misuse the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem;
- any other problem outside of JennyBay Diamond’s control.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Any jewellery(s) returned must be:
- unused, unopened and in original condition packaging with all tags still intact;
- the original invoice is included as proof of purchase;
- a returned request (with your full name, invoice number and the product you wish to return) is made within 14 days after delivery;
- approved returns are received at JennyBay Diamond within 7 days of approval;
- adequately packaged to ensure jewellery is not damaged in transition.
If you would like to return an item(s), please ensure your item(s) are due to above conditions.
